Big Horse Beef Jerky started in the gym. It was made as a snack for people who train hard and wanted something high in protein and low in fat that actually tastes good. It's still the perfect snack for fuelling up before a session or recovering after one.
Word got around, and it soon became the go-to for fishing and camping trips around the NT, or whenever the boys are having a beer.
